Very slow progress, but I'm now back down to 152.2 lbs. This is the 1 lbs every two week plan.
Two weeks now of (barely more) than 20 miles/week running, i.e. a bit under 25 miles. My foot is noticable but not annoying. I may try new shoes. I'm not sticking with my 9:17 min/mile target pace, but am running a bit faster than 9 min/mile. Still slower than two weeks ago though.
