I'm doing okay despite some hostile diet environments: Easter in the land of lasagna and chocolate sauce, a two week visit from my parents and the ensuing daily big dinner with dessert. I've stuck with my hard limit of 155 lbs, though I'm in the upper part of the 150-155 lbs target range. I hope to get back to less belly fat with fewer visitors and more (slower paced) running. My main issue is social eating.
