Aiming for a weight of 145 lbs. now strikes me as reasonable, with a hard cap of 150 lbs. We'll see. I'm not in for any heroics, this just seems to be where this is heading unless my body puts up a fight, but there are no indications of that yet. A 145 lbs weight should improve my running. It may take till the end of summer.
Update #1: obviously, as soon as I post this, I head back up to 150 lbs.
