I think I'm around 13% right now, but it could be 15% or 16% as well (or is there lots of adipose tissue lurking internally?)...I'm not doing any Dexa scan. Still, even 16% put you in the 5%tile of 20-39 year old men and 18% puts you in the 5%tile of 20-39 year old non-hispanic white men.
Numbers for people who run appear to be much better.
