I've reattained my lowest weight so far, 150.4 lbs, last seen on March 16.
Today is a rest day for running. Yesterday was a very comfortable run, no intervals, with a pace of 8:30-8:45 min/mile and a heart rate of 130-135 bpm. This is (again) faster than my injury prevention driven target pace of 9:17 min/mile, but it is just very hard to run at a pace that requires a heart rate under 130 bpm. Perfect dry weather in the 60s was a big contribution to the comfortable run.
