Down to 149.2 lbs, a new low. I think 150 lbs or a tad lower is pretty much where I should be.
I'm now up to 200+ pushups every second day, 7x 30 reps. I should probably add some weight with a weight vest and/or go back to a set of triangle pushups. I def. don't feel very strong, but my endurance seems to be going up slightly.
I'm thinking of getting a pullup bar to put on one of the joists in the basement.
I've started on lengthening my Sunday run to a 'long run'. I did 50 min last Sunday. I looked back on my running data, it turns out I only ran 50 min runs three times this year, no runs over 50 min. All longer runs are back in 2010.
Update #1: Subjectively, I'm puzzled by how people find it hard to loose weight. Loosing weight is so easy...I know, individual differences and environmental (commuting, food access) and social context.
