I did my weekly long run, moving from 70 to 90 min. I ended up going a bit longer since I managed to press the wrong button on my watch and had to guess how long I had run. I ended up going 9.93 miles in a bit under 100 min, a tad slower than a 10 min/mile pace. My target slow pace is 9:17, but I decided to err on the slow side since I'd not gone this far before. I'll try to hit my target pace on a 90 min run next week. On the other hand, I may run on a hill course next week.
Very comfortable run, no issues, except getting a bit lost a one point. All dirt trails in the woods except for one mile of paved road in the woods.
