I did my long run today, 2 hours at 9:34 min/mile, for 12.59 miles. It was hot and muggy and it is a hill course, so not that bad, and I'm focusing on running for two hours in some comfort. I've also had a bit of a left knee issue since Wednesday, probably from doing back bridge with one leg, or from squats, so I hope that goes away soon. Today weekly milage was 38.44 miles.
I also got some tennis in today. But basically a slow day.
Update #1: I've decided to put in a recovery week after three weeks of ramping up mileage. Not quite sure what that will mean, but at least it means dropping two days of running, down from five days to three days a week. But I'll probably do a long run on Sunday and a tempo run on Friday, as well as one run on Thursday. I am a bit concerned about my left knee, so i'll see how it feels on Wednesday.
