One thing about running: it seems to have increased my ability to sweat. I now can end up with a patch of sweat on my lower abdomen not doing much at all, just because I was doing something 30 min ago. I've not had this phenomena previously. Some of this may be a summer training phenomena.
Googling around it does seem that training will increase one's sweat rate.
My sweat rate this morning for a one hour slow run in hot muggy weather was 2.5 lbs.
