Kicked to death by your horse

We're back in Virginia now.  One of the pieces of news from the first days of school is that one kid, older than my three kids and not known to them personally, was kicked to death by his horse this summer.  A reminder for paranoid parents that, though very rare, accidental child death does occur. 

We had only one emergeny visit this summer, down from I believe three last summer.  The cousins had two.  One uncle had a double by-pass and heart valve replacement.
