My quad tendinitis is acting up again. I stopped running after Tuesday Aug 17 and didn't run until last Wednesday, and then again last Friday, with small twinges of tendinitis both times, but nothing sustained. I can now feel the tendinitis acting up, so I'll not run until at least next Wednesday, if then. Running every 3rd day or so might work, but I think I'll need to move over to biking for now, if I can get a hold of a bike next weekend. I would like to get the order in. The whole process would probably take longer though and includes ordering and getting a hitch for a bike rack installed on my car.
Back on Aug 4 I wrote
My legs feel wiped out. I may not even run tomorrow. A tempo run in on the schedule.
Not clear what is going on, but I do have some sort of fatigue build up in my legs. It may be due to squats, or more milage. My legs don't feel perky while running.
At least I now know what that was about.
