I ran 35 min, 3.9 miles this morning. I had a bit of quad tendinitis tingling afterward. I may or may not run again tomorrow. I was going to look at bikes this last weekend, but I didn't get to it. Same for this evening. I should just pull the trigger on a Cannondale SuperSix 105 and get it over with. I can't run every day.
I'm now up to over 30 pull-ups total in multiple sets. 9 clean pull-ups in a set are possible. So we're in the rapid improvement phase of things. I do have a bit of forearm extensor irritation (tendinitis?) in my right forearm. Not sure it is the extensor...
Down to 151.6 lbs this morning, but I'll be higher tomorrow (kid #1 made very good chocolate chip coockies, among other things).
